Journey with MS: Inspiration and Insight
At Arnpoint Group, our mission is deeply personal. Discover the unique experiences and perspectives that drive our commitment to the Multiple Sclerosis community and how we strive to empower individuals and enlighten allies.

From Personal Struggle to Powerful Purpose
With a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis in 2017 and a career rooted in Corporate America, I bring a dual perspective of lived experience and organizational leadership. I identified a clear gap in how businesses address the realities of invisible illness among professionals striving to perform and lead at a high level. As the founder of Arnpoint Group, I work with organizations to translate these challenges into practical strategies that support workforce stability, leadership effectiveness, and employee retention. My experience spans multiple U.S. regions and more than 20 years of delivering training on policies, standards, and workforce performance. I now advise and speak on building more informed, responsive, and sustainable workplace environments.

Empowering Warriors, Enlightening Allies
Through my speaking engagements and books, I aim to shift the narrative for people with MS. I want them to see themselves not as victims of a lifelong illness, but as warriors engaged in an ongoing battle, filled with triumphs and motivation. For allies, my hope is to provide deeper insight into the disease, emphasizing the wide spectrum of outcomes and situations that arise. My own journey has encompassed therapy, self-doubt, despair, triumph, and renewed motivation—a testament to the battles ahead and the need for preparedness.

A Unique Voice for the MS Community
What sets Arnpoint Group apart for hospitals, organizations, and individuals seeking MS-related content is the distinct perspective I bring. As a Black, male professional operating at a mid-executive level of leadership, my experiences offer a fresh and underrepresented viewpoint on living and thriving with MS. This unique blend of identity and professional background allows me to connect with diverse audiences and provide insights that resonate deeply.
"I want my message to be truly inspiring and offer a perspective on MS that is both powerful and relatable. "
